1.Services
9Nodes Media provides professional digital marketing and business growth services including but not limited to:
- Social Media Marketing
- SEO Services
- Performance Marketing
- PPC Campaign Management
- Content Marketing
- Graphic Design
- Content Writing
- ORM Services
- Link Building
- ASO Services
- Digital Strategy & Consulting
2.Project Agreement
Each project begins only after both parties mutually agree on:
- Scope of work
- Deliverables
- Timeline
- Pricing
- Payment terms
Any additional work requested beyond the agreed scope may incur additional charges.
3.Payments
Payment terms will be mutually agreed upon before the commencement of the project and documented in the project proposal or agreement.
Failure to make payments within the agreed timeline may result in suspension of services.
4.Refund Policy
Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
No refunds will be provided once work has commenced unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5.Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
- Provide accurate information
- Supply necessary approvals and content on time
- Review deliverables within agreed timelines
- Cooperate throughout the project
Delays caused by the client may affect delivery schedules.
6.Intellectual Property
Upon receipt of full payment, ownership of the final approved deliverables will transfer to the client, unless otherwise specified in the project agreement.
9Nodes Media retains ownership of its proprietary tools, methodologies, templates, processes, and pre-existing intellectual property.
7.Portfolio Rights
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, 9Nodes Media reserves the right to display completed work in its portfolio, website, presentations, and social media for promotional purposes.
8.Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary and sensitive information shared during the course of the project. Confidential information shall not be disclosed without prior written consent, except where required by law.
9.Limitation of Liability
While we strive to deliver the highest quality services, 9Nodes Media shall not be liable for:
- Indirect or consequential damages
- Loss of profits
- Business interruption
- Search engine algorithm changes
- Third-party platform policy changes
- Advertising platform outages
10.Project Cancellation
Either party may terminate the project by providing 15 days' written notice.
The client shall be responsible for payment of all work completed up to the cancellation date.
11.Third-Party Platforms
Some services may rely on third-party platforms such as Google, Meta, LinkedIn, or other digital advertising platforms.
9Nodes Media is not responsible for changes in third-party policies, algorithms, platform availability, or service interruptions.
12.Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New Delhi, India.
13.Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
